Jim Lees will give an in-depth presentation on increasing the verdict and settlement amounts in all of your cases using psychology and the art of persuasion to obtain full value for each of your clients.
Attendees will learn techniques and strategies to persuade adjustors, juries, and opposing counsel in mediations to increase payments to clients, and Mr. Lees as always, will take questions and provide answers as the presentation progresses throughout the afternoon.
