Jim Lees will give an in-depth presentation on using the psychology of persuasion to edit experts and facts in cases so as to shorten the length of discovery and trials while achieving better results for clients.  Increasingly American jurors are impatient with long drawn out presentations and much prefer edited and to the point trials and presentation.  Research finds substantial shortening of trials and presentations increases the likelihood of winning and maximizing damage awards for clients, and as always Mr. Lees will take questions and provide answers as the presentation progresses throughout the morning.
