NJAJ is working on a legislative remedy for the New Jersey Supreme Court decision in Haines v. Taft, a disappointing and unfair result which will fall hardest on New Jersey’s most vulnerable people.
The Haines Response Task Force is designed to amass information on the effects of the decision by collecting stories and other information on how clients are adversely affected by this decision.
