On rare occasions trial lawyers or their organizations familiar with the full range of possibilities
nonverbal communication training can provide have asked Eric to focus a training session
on one of the more fascinating – and controversial –
areas of communication and persuasion: credibility “tells”.

For the first time in over a dozen years, Eric will be offering New Jersey trial lawyers
a chance to adopt some hands on, practical approaches to not only reading,
but also projecting veracity: when someone means what they say
and when they are just giving lip service.

 Applications with:

•  Judges
•  Witnesses in deposition
•  Witnesses on the stand
•  Adjusters
•  Opposing counsel

...will all be addressed in this one of a kind program.
