Program Presenter:

 Diane F. Wyzga, RN, JD
Lightning Rod Communications

Frances A. Tomes, Esq.
Tomes & Hanratty, PC
Freehold, NJ

As Rick Friedman has reminded us: “Our failure to examine why we do what we do leaves us confused, afraid, timid, formulaic, and lost. When you find the moral core of the case, you find your own moral core – and that gives you the backbone to look them in the eye and tell the story they need to hear.”

Diane’s plan is a lot of hands-on, stand and deliver, get up and work your case. Not everyone will get a turn but those who observe will get as much as those who work with me.

In four hours of intensive, hands-on work, you will learn how to identify the story of your case, identify the landmines in your case, develop the story structure, and move toward delivering the most compelling, persuasive legal story for trial or mediation.

About the Presenter
Diane F. Wyzga has cemented a strong national presence as the only RN, JD, and professionally-trained storyteller helping more attorneys win more cases more often by developing their critical listening and persuasive communication skills. She teaches attorneys how to use the art and science of narrative principles to develop a forensic fact pattern into a real life drama that effectively helps persuade decision-makers into desired verdict action. With over 20 years’ experience, Diane founded Lightning Rod Communications to educate attorneys to identify, shape and effectively deliver their case stories using language with power, passion and precision. Diane specializes in legal and trial communications strategy, focus groups, and preparing the trial story from start to finish.
