The seminar course materials will be online for attendees
to download on April 24, 2015.
Each registrant will receive a CD-ROM containing the course material onsite.

Onsite/Door Registration:

Friday, April 24th is the last day for a refund (minus $20).
All cancellations must be in writing.

After Friday, cancellations and no shows will receive a credit (minus $20)
