Deborah J. Bullion is a member of the law firm of Gascoyne & Bullion, P.C. and is actively involved in the Civil Jury Trial practice and the Civil Appellate practice in all Texas State Courts and in the United States District Courts of the Eastern, Southern and Western Districts of Texas. She has developed and maintained an active litigation practice through the years of experience concentrating in the defense of personal injury and wrongful death matters predicated upon legal theories which primarily include the defense of products liability, premises liability, negligence (both common law and statutory), construction liability (including contractual indemnity/contribution), intentional torts, insurance litigation issues and various consumer law matters.
Founded in the late 1940s and incorporated in 1976, the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) is headquartered in Trenton, New Jersey. NJAJ is a statewide association of over 2,700 members in private practice and public service, paralegals, law clerks, law students and law school graduates not yet admitted to the bar.
