J. Kevin Morrison (Chair) is a partner at Jones Clifford, LLP in San Francisco and ex¬clusively represents individuals and families who have been harmed as a result of the neg¬ligence of others. For Kevin, trial preparation includes the frequent use of focus groups to explore the most salient aspects of his complex cases. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), is a co-chair of ABOTA’s Civility Matters program. Founded in the late 1940s and incorporated in 1976, the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) is headquartered in Trenton, New Jersey. NJAJ is a statewide association of over 2,700 members in private practice and public service, paralegals, law clerks, law students and law school graduates not yet admitted to the bar.
