Roger J. Leslie has represented plaintiffs in medical negligence and nursing home negligence cases for the past 18 years from the Law Office of Roger J Leslie in Seattle, Washington. For the past two years, he has been working to save money for his clients by applying the HIPAA regulations as modified by the HITECH Act to obtain electronic health records at low cost. He is a member of AAJ and an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ). He is past chair of the Nursing Home Litigation Section of WSAJ and editor of the Nursing Home Litigation Deskbook published by WSAJ. Prior to his career in law he was a bio-medical research scientist and a contributing author to a college textbook in biology. He is an of counsel attorney at the law firm of Chemnick Moen Greenstreet in Seattle.
