Judge Russell Wojtenko was appointed Director and Chief Judge of Compensation in March of 2015. Before becoming Director, Judge Wojtenko was the Supervising Judge of Compensation for the New Brunswick villeinage serving Middlesex County. He was appointed as a Judge of Compensation in March of 2011 by Governor Chris Christie. Prior to that, Judge Wojtenko served as the Municipal Prosecutor for the Township of Ewing and worked as a Certified Trial Attorney with the Law Firm of Wojtenko & Wojtenko, P.C., in North Brunswick.
Judge Wojtenko received his J.D. from Fordham University of Law School in 1994, and graduated with highest honors from Rutgers College in 1991 with a B.A. in history.
Judge Wojtenko lives in West Windsor, New Jersey, with his wife and three children.
