Drake Bearden is an associate at he Law Firm of Costello & Mains, P.c. where he concentrates his practice almost entirely on Plaintiff's-side employment law. He is a 2009 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law. Along with being a member of NJAJ he is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Minorities in the Profession Sections' Board of Directors, a Member of the National Employment Lawyers Association - New Jersey, and formerly the Legal Redress Chair for the NAACP's Southern Burlington County Branch.
