0 Programs with Eric D. Dakhari, Esq. Starting with "O"
Eric practices as a trial attorney with Stark & Stark’s Nursing Home Litigation Group, where he focuses on litigating negligence and abuse claims arising in nursing homes, assisted-living facilities, and hospitals.
But his skills and experience go beyond those in litigating nursing-home matters. Eric served in the United States Air Force during Operation Desert Storm, and subsequently worked as a software engineer for 10 years after graduating with honors in computer programming. That background in computers and technology, along with military-ingrained discipline and attention to detail, have served him well in analyzing and preparing nursing-home negligence cases for trial.
He has written articles that were published in the New Jersey Law Journal and The Jury Expert. And and previously lectured for NJAJ on New Jersey’s Affidavit of Merit Statute, Preparing Clients for Deposition, Using Technology in Preparation for Trial, and Ethics.
Founded in the late 1940s and incorporated in 1976, the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) is headquartered in Trenton, New Jersey. NJAJ is a statewide association of over 2,700 members in private practice and public service, paralegals, law clerks, law students and law school graduates not yet admitted to the bar. NJAJ is dedicated to protecting New Jersey’s families by working to preserve and strengthen the laws for safer products and workplaces, a cleaner environment and quality health care.
