JEANMARIE WHALEN is a civil trial lawyer and partner in the law firm of Cunningham Whalen & Gaspari. She devotes her practice to representing the victims of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. Ms. Whalen represents plaintiffs in various types of complex litigation, maintaining a particular focus within the areas of trucking, auto, and motorcycle litigation. Ms. Whalen is a past president of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers and a two term past president of its Palm Beach County Chapter. She serves on the Board of Governors of both the American Association for Justice and the Florida Justice Association and frequently lectures throughout the country in the areas of her practice. Ms. Whalen also serves on the executive board and as an officer of the American Association for Justice Trucking Litigation Group. Ms. Whalen is a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and a recipient of Top Lawyers in South Florida 2012-2015.
