Ken Levinson, a child injury lawyer and child safety advocate, heads the trial practice of the Joseph, Lichtenstein & Levinson law firm in Chicago, Illinois. Ken has been a successful trial lawyer since 1992. Ken helps families in serious injury and wrongful death cases throughout the country against reckless companies and individuals.
Ken is a graduate of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College and currently sits on its Alumni Board. He was named an Illinois Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers magazine for 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013, making him one of only 5 percent of the lawyers in the state so honored.
Ken is the creator an founder of the child safety blog The Safest Line, a resource for parents and caregivers. He frequently speaks on child safety issues to parent and community groups. In addition, he teaches other lawyers how to better represent injured children and their families throughout the country.
Ken, his wife, and three sons make their home in the Chicago-land area.
Founded in the late 1940s and incorporated in 1976, the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) is headquartered in Trenton, New Jersey. NJAJ is a statewide association of over 2,700 members in private practice and public service, paralegals, law clerks, law students and law school graduates not yet admitted to the bar.
