Tracey Hinson is certified civil trial lawyer and a founding partner in the Princeton, New Jersey firm of Hinson Snipes, LLP. Tracey focuses her practice primarily in the areas of 1983 civil rights violations, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect and abuse, employment discrimination and "Title 59 claims" claims against public entities. Tracey is a former Deputy Attorney General of the State of New Jersey where she defended the State against civil rights violation claims and claims brought pursuant to Title 59.
Tracey graduated from Rutgers University-School of Law in 2002. She clerked for the Honorable Dennis J. Braithwaite, NJ Superior Court Appellate Division, Atlantic City and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Ronald Hedges, U. S. Magistrate, United States District Court, Newark.
Tracey is admitted to the New York and New Jersey bars. She served for three years on the Supreme Court of New Jersey, District Fee Arbitration Committee for Middlesex County. She currently serves as a civil arbitrator for the Mercer County Superior Court and was recently appointed to a five-year term as an Investigator for the Office of Attorney Ethics-Mercer County District VII Committee.
