Arthur H. Bryant is the Chairman of Public Justice, a national public interest law firm created by trial lawyers and now supported by over 2,500 of the best and most dedicated plaintiffs’ lawyers in the country. Working with them, Arthur and Public Justice use cutting-edge litigation to fight for consumers’ rights, workers’ rights, civil rights and liberties, environmental protection, the poor and the powerless, and access to justice for all. The National Law Journal has twice named Arthur of the 100 Most Influential Attorneys in America. In 2011, he received the New Jersey Association for Justice’s Presidential Award for “his dedication to Public Justice and his boundless energy to help and protect consumers.” In 2005, he received the Justice Michael A. Musmanno Award from the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. Founded in the late 1940s and incorporated in 1976, the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) is headquartered in Trenton, New Jersey. NJAJ is a statewide association of over 2,700 members in private practice and public service, paralegals, law clerks, law students and law school graduates not yet admitted to the bar. NJAJ is dedicated to protecting New Jersey’s families by working to preserve and strengthen the laws for safer products and workplaces, a cleaner environment and quality health care.
