Tim Dinan received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University, a Masters of Education from Notre Dame and his law degree from Rutgers. He focuses in litigation, especially personal injury cases involving permanent spinal damage, elevator malfunctions, DYFS negligence, insurance bad faith and coverage issues and also appellate practice. Tim was co-counsel in an elevator malfunction case in Morristown that resulted in a verdict of over $8,000,000. He was also co-counsel in the trial where a Vernon man, who was permanently injured in a motorcycle crash on route twenty-three, resulted in a verdict of $19,300,000. This was the largest verdict in Sussex County history, surpassing a verdict awarded the previous year in a case where Tim was also co-counsel. Tim has tried cases across the state and country. He is a member of Newton Rotary and the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce's Young Professionals Steering Committee. He has been inducted into the New Jersey Personal Injury Hall of Fame Twice.
