Eric S. Solotoff is a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP resident in the firm’s Roseland and Morristown offices. Eric is Co-Chair of the firm’s Family Law Practice Group which has 30 attorneys in 5 states and is editor of the firm’s New Jersey Family Legal Blog. Eric is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Attorney and is a Fellow in both the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and Litigation Counsel of America. Eric devotes his practice to high net worth and/or high conflict matrimonial and family law matters, mediation and arbitration. He also has an active Appellate practice and has been involved in a number of significant decisions, including Maeker v. Ross, Parish v. Parish, Moriarty v. Bradt, Wilde v. Wilde, Brawer v. Brawer, Crews v. Crews and Eaton v. Grau. Eric is the former chair of the District XB Ethics Committee and has served as a Special Master in ethics matters. He is admitted in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Colorado and the District of Columbia. Eric received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from Widener University School of Law.
