Eric S. Solotoff is a partner at Fox Rothschild LLP resident in the firm’s Roseland and Morristown offices. Eric is Co-Chair of the firm’s Family Law Practice Group which has 30 attorneys in 5 states and is editor of the firm’s New Jersey Family Legal Blog. Eric is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Attorney and is a Fellow in both the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and Litigation Counsel of America. Eric devotes his practice to high net worth and/or high conflict matrimonial and family law matters, mediation and arbitration. He also has an active Appellate practice and has been involved in a number of significant decisions, including Maeker v. Ross, Parish v. Parish, Moriarty v. Bradt, Wilde v. Wilde, Brawer v.
