Edward Tucker is a partner in the Vineland, Cumberland County firm of Rosner & Tucker, P.C. As some of you may have read in NJ Jury Verdict Review, Ed and founding partner Dan Rosner together obtained the largest verdict for a supermarket slip and fall case in Cumberland County history. Before joining Rosner & Tucker in 2011, Ed was an insurance defense attorney. While working at a large private defense firm in Atlantic City, a client / commercial lines insurance carrier invited him to become Managing In House Counsel for Southern New Jersey. In that role, and for almost 25 years, Ed successfully tried scores of commercial fall down cases, defending supermarket chains, restaurant chains, shopping malls, Mom & Pop corner stores, construction site property owners and general contractors. He also lectured extensively to Claims and Risk Management personnel throughout the state about the defense of commercial slip and fall cases. During this phase of his career, Ed also served as Chairman of the District One Committee of the NJ Office of Attorney Ethics .
