Debra Perry from McCarter and English advises regulated biological product, pharmaceutical and medical device companies on legal and compliance issues during the development, marketing and distribution phases of their products. She provides strategic planning and risk management guidance regarding FDA submissions, conduct of clinical trial, enforcement issues and post-approval promotional, marketing and labeling issues.
Debra also handles disputes involving estates, trusts, fiduciaries, guardianships, family issues and closely held family businesses. She counsels fiduciary and beneficiary clients in estate planning and administration matters, and appears in Probate, Surrogate’s or Chancery courts and various alternative dispute resolution forums. Debra has handled numerous litigated and non-litigated family disputes in New Jersey and New York involving estates, trusts and guardianships. She has represented both beneficiaries and corporate and individual fiduciaries (executors, trustee or guardians) in matters involving estate, trust and guardianship administrations. She also handles contested family law matters.
