Melanie J. Garner is an Attorney in the Philadelphia Office of Locks Law Firm. She has been admitted to practice law in New Jersey since 2004, and she is also admitted to practice in New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland and the District of Columbia. After graduating from the University of Miami School of Law, Ms. Garner served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Ronald B. Graves in the Appellate Division. She then worked as an associate attorney in the Baltimore office of a national plaintiffs' asbestos litigation firm representing mesothelioma victims and qui tam relators. At Locks Law Firm, where she has been for the past three years, Ms. Garner continues to represent victims of asbestos exposure and qui tam relators, as well as victims of nursing home abuse and neglect, football-related head injuries, defective products and toxic torts.
