Allan E. Richardson concentrates his practice in litigation of matters involving employment rights, civil rights, commercial disputes, professional licensing matters, medical malpractice and serious personal injury claims. He is the firm’s managing member. Mr. Richardson is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney, a distinction conferred on fewer than two percent of lawyers in the state. Mr. Richardson is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, the only nationwide lawyer rating firm. The designation AV is the highest rating available and which reflects pre-eminent legal skills and the most exacting ethical standards. It is a ranking achieved by approximately 11 percent of all attorneys in the United States.

NJAJ is a statewide association of over 2,700 members in private practice and public service, paralegals, law clerks, law students and law school graduates not yet admitted to the bar.
