Robert J. Prihoda is the Chief of the Random Audit Program, Office of Attorney Ethics of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He began his career with the Office of Attorney Ethics as an Auditor in 1981 and has served as Chief of the Random Audit Program since 1994. Prior to working with the Office of Attorney Ethics, he was employed as an auditor with the New Jersey Transfer Inheritance Bureau and also as an auditor with the Trust and Special Funds Section of the of the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts. Mr. Prihoda graduated from Trenton State College in 1977 with a degree in Business Administration and Rutgers School of Law - Camden in 1993. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1993 and the Pennsylvania Bar in 1994. Mr. Prihoda is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey since 1984.

NJAJ is a statewide association of over 2,700 members in private practice and public service, paralegals, law clerks, law students and law school graduates not yet admitted to the bar.
