udge Brian R. Martinotti currently serves as a United States District Court Judge in Trenton, New Jersey, appointed by President Obama and confirmed on July 11, 2016. Prior to serving in the District Court, Judge Martinotti presided for over 14 years as a Superior Court Judge in Bergen County, where he spent the last half of his tenure as one of three mass tort/multi county litigation judges in the state.
Founded in the late 1940s and incorporated in 1976, the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) is headquartered in Trenton, New Jersey. NJAJ is a statewide association of over 2,700 members in private practice and public service, paralegals, law clerks, law students and law school graduates not yet admitted to the bar.
