Mr. Heller is a 1982 graduate of Susquehanna University where he received a B.A. in Political Science and is a 1985 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. He was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 1985 and clerked for the Hon. William Meehan from 1985-1986. Mr. Heller is a member of the New Jersey and Morris County Bar Associations. For over 25 years Mr. Heller has successfully defended numerous doctors, nurses, hospitals, other health care providers and facilities at trial in the Superior Court of New Jersey as well as the Appellate Division and Supreme Court of New Jersey. He has also published and lectured on matters of importance for health care providers, facilities and attorneys representing them.
Founded in the late 1940s and incorporated in 1976, the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) is headquartered in Trenton, New Jersey. NJAJ is a statewide association of over 2,700 members in private practice and public service, paralegals, law clerks, law students and law school graduates not yet admitted to the bar. NJAJ is dedicated to protecting New Jersey’s families by working to preserve and strengthen the laws for safer products and workplaces, a cleaner environment and quality health care.
