Abbott S. Brown is a Partner with Lomurro, Munson, Comer, Brown and Schottland in Freehold, New Jersey, where he concentrates his practice on medical and professional malpractice litigation.
Mr. Brown is the author of NEW JERSEY MEDICAL MALPRACTICE LAW, 4th Ed. (NJICLE 2009) and NEW JERSEY MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CASES 2nd Ed. (NJICLE 2005). Mr. Brown is an Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University School of Law in the Health Law and Policy Program, where he has taught medical malpractice law from 1998.
Mr. Brown was awarded the Gold Medal for Distinguished Service by the Association of Trial Lawyers of America - New Jersey in April of 2001.
