Jeffrey A. Rizika is a partner at the law firm of Javerbaum, Wurgaft, Hicks, Kahn, Wikstrom & Sinins, P.C. in Springfield, New Jersey where he concentrates his practice in the areas of Auto, Bus and Trucking Negligence, Premises Liability, Malpractice and Civil Litigation. He is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana with a BA in History and a BS in Management and obtained his law degree from the Syracuse University College of Law. He has been as member of American Association For Justice (AAJ) and the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) for over twenty years and is on the Board of Governors of NJAJ, where he is the Co-Chair of the Auto Committee. He is also the past Chair of the Motor Vehicle Collision, Highway, and Premises Liability Section of AAJ as well as the past Vice Chair of the Discovery Abuse Committee of AAJ’s Interstate Trucking Litigation Group . He also serves as an arbitrator for the Law Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Essex County and has served as an arbitrator on numerous motor vehicle matters. Mr. Rizika has been named as a New Jersey Super Lawyer since 2009. The overwhelming majority of his practice is devoted to Motor Vehicle Negligence and Premises Liability cases and he has been a frequent lecturer and moderator over the years on many topics relating to the everyday practice of personal injury law.
