An equity partner in the Family Law Department of Lomurro, Munson, Comer, Brown & Schottland, LLC, Tina has more than 20 years of experience in matrimonial cases. She successfully litigated the first U.S. case in which a non-biological mother in a same sex (domestic) partnership was awarded shared custody. She has extensive appellate experience and has published cases in both family law and civil litigation. She specializes in divorce litigation and custody litigation matters.
Ms. Munson has been designated by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Family Law Attorney. She is a member of the New Jersey, Monmouth and Ocean Bar Associations and also an Early Settlement Panelist and Blue Ribbon Panelist for Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
Founded in the late 1940s and incorporated in 1976, the New Jersey Association for Justice (NJAJ) is headquartered in Trenton, New Jersey. NJAJ is a statewide association of over 2,700 members in private practice and public service, paralegals, law clerks, law students and law school graduates not yet admitted to the bar.
