Honorable Thomas L. Weisenbeck, JSC is a Superior Court Judge assigned to the Family Division and sits in Morristown, New Jersey. He principally hears domestic violence and non-dissolution matters.
A Trustee of the Association of the Federal Bar of the State of New Jersey since 2003, Judge Weisenbeck has been a Trustee and a member of the Professionalism Committee of the Morris County Bar Association. He is also a member of the American and New Jersey State Bar Associations and has served as a member of the District X Ethics Committee. Prior to being appointed to the bench, Judge Weisenbeck was a Partner in Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. and Hannoch Weisman, P.C., and had also served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey, where he was responsible for civil and criminal RICO litigation and was the recipient of several awards and commendations. He was a Lieutenant in the United States Army and is a Vietnam veteran.
Judge Weisenbeck received his B.S. from the University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School of Business and Economics and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law.
