Norberto A. Garcia, Esq. is a Partner at Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins and works out of the Hudson County office. In 2005 Norberto was appointed to the Supreme Court Committee on Minority Affairs where he monitors legislation for its potential impact on minority citizens and communities. He was named to the Hudson County Fee Arbitration Committee in 2004, where he adjudicates fee disputes between law firms and their clients. He is active in the Hudson County Inns of Court as a Barrister (2000 to present), where he lectures on civil practice, the Rules of the Court, and evidence.
Mr. Garcia is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (2004 to present). He has served as a court appointed arbitrator in the NJ State Mandatory Arbitration program since 2000.
Norberto was born in Camaguey, Cuba, was raised in Hudson County, New Jersey, and works out of Blume Goldfaden's Hudson County offices.
