Mr. Schorr has repeatedly achieved high value settlements and verdicts on behalf of employees who have suffered discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other work-related problems. He routinely negotiates enhanced severance packages and complex employment contract issues such as restrictive covenants and arbitration clauses.
