Mr. Bergé joined Bendit Weinstock in 2004. His practice is concentrated in medical malpractice. He is a licensed physician assistant. Mr. Bergé also represents clients in other areas of personal injury, as well as workers' compensation and general litigation. He holds a Master's degree in Public Administration, and lectures on medicine, law and medicolegal topics to local and national groups. Mr. Bergé is proficient in Spanish.
* Volunteer for the Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) of the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, which would mobilize to provide mass public health emergency services, such as immunizations or antibiotic administration, in event of a natural or man-made public health disaster.
