David Ironson is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney. Mr. Ironson has successfully recovered millions of dollars on behalf of injured victims. Of significance, Mr. Ironson was able to recover $1.8 million and $1.21 million in two wrongful death cases arising out of motor vehicle accidents. In addition, Mr. Ironson obtained a jury verdict of $750,000.00 on behalf of a young man who sustained 3 herniated discs as a result of a motor vehicle accident.Mr. Ironson is an arbitrator for the Superior Court of New Jersey Automobile and Personal Injury Arbitration Program as well as for uninsured/underinsured motorist claims. In addition, Mr. Ironson has participated as a speaker in seminars concerning the verbal threshold and the requirements of Best Practices.
Mr. Ironson is an officer of the Morris County Bar Association and Bar Foundation. Mr. Ironson currently holds the position of Treasurer for both organizations. Prior to that, Mr. Ironson was a Trustee of the Morris County Bar Association. Mr. Ironson is the Co-Chair of the Morris County Bar Association Civil Trial Practice Committee and Chair of the Morris County Bar Association Arbitrator Selection Committee.
