1 Program with Scott M. Goldberg, Esq.

Scott M. Goldberg is the firm’s senior litigator and is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a civil trial attorney. Scott has an active trial schedule, appearing before juries in nearly every county in South Jersey and the Delaware Valley. He is a frequent lecturer, speaking on trial issues for local, state and national legal groups. His peers have selected Scott as a Top Attorney in S.J. Magazine consistently over the past five years.

Scott was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars in 1987. Since then he has been accepted to practice before all Federal Courts up to and including the U.S. Supreme Court. Scott’s professional affiliations include the Camden County Bar Association, the Gloucester County Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Association for Justice for which he served on its Board of Governors for many years. Today Scott’s practice is 100% devoted to plaintiff’s personal injury litigation. Many of his cases have appeared in New Jersey’s verdict and settlement review publications. In addition, Scott is regularly appointed by the presiding judges of Camden, Gloucester and Burlington Counties to serve as an arbitrator for personal injury matters that are in litigation. In the past, he has served as a public defender in multiple towns in South Jersey. Scott also served the senior citizens of Camden County by providing legal advice and counsel at the senior free will clinic.

Outside of law Scott has served his community in many different capacities. In 1992 he was elected to the Camden County Board of Chosen Freeholders. He served two terms on the Board, rising to Deputy Director before leaving in 1999. After that, he was appointed to the Board of Commissioners of the Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority, a position he held for 10 years. He currently is involved in private fundraising for worthy candidates in New Jersey and beyond.

Scott resides with his wife and their four children. When he is not driving to lacrosse and wrestling practice, he spends his limited free time working out, reading historical non-fiction, and following the Philly sports scene. Scott is a frequent lecturer for local, state and national legal groups. His peers have selected him as a Top Attorney in S.J. Magazine consistently over the past five years.
