As we all adapt to social distancing in light of COVID-19, the way we practice needs to adapt as well. Taking your depositions remotely does not have to be complicated. This presentation will educate attorneys on taking remote depositions, key tips in prepping your clients and working with court reporters. The presentation will also address emerging issues that confront attorneys transition to virtual courtroom proceedings.
