Summary

The Art of Direct Examination was originally presented in February 2016 at the Six Concurrent Seminars by NJAJ, at the Heldrich in New Brunswick, NJ. The program features presenters lecturing on a variety of topics such as Plaintiff's Direct Examination Demonstration, Plaintiff's Orthopedist in Auto Case Demonstration, Standard of Care Expert in Medical Malpractice Case, Presenting the Economist on Trial, Demonstration of the Retail Expert, and a Panel on the Finer Points of Direct Examination.
