Summary

The appearance your client makes at deposition and at trial is the biggest factor in winning your case. But clients can be their own worst enemy. This program will give you advanced techniques for preparing your personal injury client for their testimony. You will learn how to guide your client away from the key behaviors that cause self-sabotage. You will receive specific techniques for how to deal with clients who have: a substance abuse history, criminal history, depression, mental illness, memory impairment, comparative negligence issues. This program will dramatically change your approach to witness preparation.
