Jury Selection - Identification and Defusing Land Mines in your case, was originally presented on May 9, 2019 at the Boardwalk Seminar in Atlantic City, NJ.

This hands-on program will examine various important voir dire approaches. Together we will look at what works and what does not. The program will help you choose the best methods to find and counter facts and issues in jury selection.

This presentation has simple goals. Background of various voir dire methods, including supplemental jury questionnaires; Determining what will work and Learning what will fail.
