Increasingly American jurors are impatient with long drawn out presentations and much prefer edited and to the point trials and presentation. Research finds substantial shortening of trials and presentations increases the likelihood of winning and maximizing dam-age awards for clients, and as always, Mr. Lees will take questions and provide answers as the presentation progresses throughout the morning.
