Registration for the Meadowlands Seminar 2023 is now open.

The Meadowlands Seminar 2023 will take place Wednesday – Friday, November 15 – 17, 2023 at the Hilton Meadowlands Hotel in East Rutherford, NJ.

“The Meadowlands Seminar 2023 offers something for everyone,” said Adam D. Lederman, Esq., chair of the NJAJ Educational Foundation, which produces the three-day event. “We have 21 terrific programs on a wide variety of topics.”

There will be five programs taking place on Wednesday, November 15:

• Initial Arbitration Training;
• Arbitration Recertification;
• Cracking the DME Code;
• Low Budget, High Tech; and
• Mass Tort.

The Cracking the DME Code program is restricted to NJAJ Regular Members only.

Eight programs are scheduled for Thursday, November 16.

• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion;
• Employment Law;
• Ethics;
• Live Jury Trial of a Premises Liability Case;
• New Lawyers Seminar;
• Nursing Home
• Women Litigators’ Luncheon; and
• Workers’ Compensation.

There will be eight programs on Friday, November 17.

• Auto Seminar;
• Black Letter Briefcase;
• Criminal Law;
• Judicial Perspectives;
• Litigation at Sunrise;
• Matrimonial Law;
• Medical Malpractice; and
• Minority Trial Lawyers Caucus Luncheon.

In addition to the superb programs being offered over the three days, there will be an Exhibit Hall where attorneys can speak with vendors who have products and services that can help you with cases and running your firms.
