Arbitration Retraining (2 Hours)

Course Description:
Civil arbitrators must complete initial training as a condition of admission to the court roster of arbitrators and after that initial training must complete continuing training in order to stay on the roster (R. 1 :40-12(c)). Specifically, to remain eligible for continued inclusion on the roster, arbitrators must complete two hours of training after the first two years, and two additional hours of training during each subsequent four-year period.
