Part One: 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm
60-minute Interactive Workshop Cultivating a New Beginning...Mindfully, Dr. Christine Kiesinger
This workshop explores the role of mindfulness in “beginning anew.” The practices offered during this session are simple, effective, and powerful catalysts through which change can be accomplished and sustained. In this session, we will explore the 5 facets of well-being.

5-10 minute break

Part Two: 3:10 pm - 4:10 pm
Yin Yoga (60-minutes) Embracing Change Marije Paternotte
At the beginning of a new year we tend to make resolutions to “do better”. However, if you feel forced to make changes in your life, those shifts are likely unsustainable. When we allow change to come from within, as an acceptance of the ephemeral nature of life, we can transform in a permanent manner. 

The practice of Yin Yoga allows us to connect with the awareness of the present moment in passively held floor postures, and to reconnect with the power of stillness from which true transformation can evolve. No yoga experience necessary.

5-10 minute break

Part Three: 4:20 pm - 5:00 pm
Face Yoga with Christine (15 minute practice)
Guided Meditation with Marije - The Power of Now (15 minute practice)
