Important Exhibitor Information
Thank you for registering to exhibit at NJAJ's Boardwalk Seminar! The seminar has a history of over 1,600 attendees. Below you will find the exhibitor schedule, check-in procedures, security/badge information and passport program guidance along with other important information.

The Vista Convention Services Complete Exhibitor Kit contains all the information you need to plan your exhibit and includes information on arranging the shipment of your booth material, booth installation, ordering special services and equipment, and exhibit removal. Please take the time to thoroughly review this important information. The information has been designed to ensure the smoothest possible exhibit experience.

Discounted Room Block at Harrah's
Hotel rooms can be booked in the discounted room block at this website. You can also call Harrah’s/Caesars Atlantic City reservations at 888-516-2215 to book over the phone and give the group name: NJAJ 2026 - New Jersey Association for Justice. The group code for Harrah's is: SH04NJ6 and the group code for Caesars is SC04JU6.
We have received notice of third-party rooming agents emailing or calling exhibitors with information on booking a room for Boardwalk Seminar 2026 at Harrah’s in Atlantic City. Please note that NJAJ works with no third parties for booking hotel rooms and does not distribute any exhibitor contact information, nor do we authorize or partner with any third parties for such purposes. As a matter of safety, we urge you to ignore any communication you receive from any housing company that purports to be dealing with any NJAJ event.
Booth Package
Each booth is 10' wide, 8' deep, and 8' high and includes the following:
- Pipe and drape - 8' high backdrop and 3' side rails in show colors
- Company name sign
- 6' skirted table
- Two chairs
- One wastebasket
- One electrical outlet

Important Pre-Seminar Information and Deadlines:
Company Description
Please send a company description of two to three sentences no more than 40-50 words to mshott@nj-justice.org if we don't have a description on file for you already or if you need to make an update. This description will be included in a seminar guide for attendees. Deadline to update your company description is Friday, March 20.
Exhibitor Booth Representative Badges
Badges are produced based on information your company’s contact person provided to us. Each exhibitor space may have up to two representatives on a complimentary basis. All badges required beyond the complimentary allotment incur a charge of $195 each. Remember, all company representatives need to wear a name badge at all times in order to be present in any of the show areas. Additionally, least one booth representative must be present at your booth at all times during the show hours listed above. If you need to add or remove any booth reps, please send the Boardwalk Seminar - Exhibitor Booth Reps Form to Meghan Shott at mshott@nj-justice.org no later than Friday, March 27.
Passport for Prizes
Please deliver your donation with a business card attached to an NJAJ representative at the Exhibitor Registration Counter on Wednesday, April 29, 2026. The drawing will be held on Thursday, April 30 during the Happy Hour being held from 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm in the Exhibit Hall. To learn more and participate in the program, please view and complete the form no later than Friday, April 10.
Sponsor Logo
If you are a sponsor at Boardwalk Seminar in addition to being an exhibitor, please email a high-resolution logo file (JPG or PNG preferred) for your company to mshott@nj-justice.org no later than Friday, April 10.
Pre-Seminar and Post-Seminar Mailing Lists
The pre-seminar registrant mailing list (postal addresses only; available for $150 for exhibitors or complimentary for all sponsor levels) will be available on or about Thursday, April 16. To rent this list, complete the form and send to mshott@nj-justice.org. The post-seminar registrant mailing list (postal addresses only; available for $150 for exhibitors or complimentary for all sponsor levels) will be available on or about Thursday, May 14. To rent this list, complete the form and send to mshott@nj-justice.org. Sponsors do not automatically get these lists. They must complete the forms, skipping the payment area, and email it to us. Please note that NJAJ does not work with or sell any registration information (including email addresses and phone numbers) to any third parties so please ignore anyone offering NJAJ lists.
Important Onsite Information:
Evening Networking Events - President's Reception and New Lawyers Section Party
On Wednesday, April 29, please join us from approximately 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the NJAJ President’s Reception in Avalon 12-14 on the 2nd Floor of Harrah’s Resort in the Waterfront Conference Center. Time subject to change.
On Thursday, April 30, please join us from 9:30 pm to 11:30 pm at the New Lawyers Section Party at “The Pool,” on the 1st floor of Harrah’s Resort, adjacent to the Waterfront Conference Center. Enjoy exclusive use of one of the hottest clubs on the east coast.
These events are complimentary and are open to all speakers, registrants and exhibitors of the Boardwalk Seminar 2024. However, in order to attend, you MUST be a registered booth rep for your company.

Exhibitor Check-In
Exhibitor check in & set up is on Wednesday, April 29 from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the NJAJ Exhibitor Registration Counter located in the Pre-Function area outside the Wildwood Ballroom on the first floor of Harrah’s Waterfront Conference Center. At check-in, you will receive a welcome packet containing name badges and show information. For security reasons, booth representatives must wear their name badges at all times to gain admission to the exhibits and all other show areas.
If you did not ship your booth materials to the advance warehouse and you plan to bring them with you to Atlantic City, please be aware of the following guidelines:
- If you go to the valet at Harrah's, please note that the bellmen will not bring more than three boxes from the hotel to the Waterfront Conference Center/exhibit hall.
- Exhibitor parking will be permitted in the parking lot next to the Waterfront Conference Center.
- Items may be hand-carried by exhibitors from the parking lot through the glass entrance doors. Nothing on wheels may enter the Waterfront Conference Center through the glass entrance doors.
- If your booth materials must be wheeled to your booth, you will need to drive on the service road around the Waterfront Conference Center to the loading dock. See the map graphic below.
- We suggest there be two people in your vehicle - one person to wheel your booth materials through the loading area into the exhibit hall while the other person drives the vehicle to the parking lot to park, as you will not be permitted to leave your vehicle in the loading dock area while you bring materials to your booth.
- Please bring your own cart/handtruck as Harrah's will have a very limited number of carts for exhibitors to use.
- Please expect exhibitor traffic on the service road and in the loading area.
Directions to Harrah's Atlantic City - Waterfront Conference Center Loading Dock:
If you will not be able to finish assembling your exhibit by 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 29, you must submit the Request for Late Exhibitor Set Up form no later than Friday, April 24 to request special security authorization to re-enter the Ballroom at 7:00 am Thursday morning. Hotel security will not allow anyone into the event area before 8:00 am without prior authorization from NJAJ. A one-hour period from 7:00 am to 8:00 am on Thursday morning, April 30 is set aside for those who pre-request it. All exhibit installation must be completed by 8:00 am on Thursday, April 30.
Exhibit Hall Security
Security will be present in the Wildwood Ballroom Waterfront Conference Center during the following hours:
- 7:00 pm Wednesday until 7:00 am Thursday morning
- 6:30 pm Thursday until 7:30 am Friday morning
Please do not leave valuable items in ANY exhibitor space when not occupied.
Marketing Resources
We’ve prepared assets for you to distribute across your social media channels. Included are images you can upload and suggested copy to use in the weeks leading up to the event. This is a wonderful opportunity to be recognized as a thought leader, or expert, in your field. We encourage you to tag us in your posts and to use the hashtag #BoardwalkSeminar to allow your followers a way to experience the magnitude of the event.
